This week, the Witt & Sass Stamp Company is showcasing the fun, mixable Designer Cupcake stamp set. The moment I saw the set, I knew I needed to try my hand at creating a "choose your topping" cupcake card. Using the Lawn Fawn Reveal Wheel die, I was able to do just that!
Instead of the window opening intended, I used the round die for the spinning mechanism to cut my topping window; the intended window die wasn't large enough. I also had to modify where the wheel would be turned, if you see the picture above. It took a LOT of triple checking to make sure each step was aligned properly since I wanted the cupcake frosting to line up with each topping selection. I think the effort was worth it!
As a bonus, I watercolored Chubby Unicorn, the yummy cupcake, BB Palm Tree, and BB Rainbow to create this deliciously sweet card! Sweet Purdie the Unicorn is seated atop cotton candy clouds, surrounded by gum drop trees and rainbows. Well, and a very tasty cupcake. xo
