My December Kitty Bee Designs Spotlight post involves this adorable Winter Mitts Panda. Isn't he cuddly?
I added soft blue to his hat, scarf, and mittens, keeping the colors soft and cool. Since I am amassing a pile of holiday cards, I thought a tag would be fun. Nuvo drops in light blue were dotted on the background, adding extra snowflakes and dimension. While you can't see in this photo, shimmer pen was brushed onto the holly berries, the fluff of his hat, and on the snowy ground. A festive addition to any gift this holiday!
