Didn't this card turn out so cute? I began working on this card during a Facebook Live for 7 Kids Crafting Supply Store, using the adorable Under the Sea stamp set from C.C. Designs. The mermaid and turtle were watercolored with Karin Waterbrush PRO watercolor markers. The background was created with gloss gel medium, Nuvo Glacier Paste, and Lindy's Gang Magicals shakers. It is very hard to capture just how shimmery and shiny the background is. Watch my (messy) process on YouTube below.
