Today I want to share this adorable Snowman Carols from this month's HeartcraftPaper release. I printed our happy guy and colored with Copic markers then set about building the card.
I embossed the musical score background using Nuvo's Silver embossing powder, then stamped and embossed "fa la la la la" multiple times down a strip of vellum. I lightly inked the edges of the background with Milled Lavender distress ink then added the embossed vellum panel. I cut the caroling snowman with a My Favorite Things die in my stash and mounted onto the card panel with foam adhesive. This panel was then attached to a soft lavender card base, similar in color to the lavender worn by the snowman. I think he looks so happy there, singing his frozen little heart out!
