I've even created a memory dex example for you!  I used the much-loved dress die and turned it into a top-folding dex card!  I didn't use an image on this dex card, but did use Scrappy Boy dies.

Supplies Used:
Dress Shaped Card Die
Folded Windows Memory Dex Set
I Love Cooking Paper Pack

First, I die cut the dress card base, then partially die cut the bottom of the dex card.  I chose to use the Folded Windows Memory Dex Set since it had no stitching lines.  To square off the card to better fit my tray, I trimmed off the edges of the dress that extended past the edge of the card.

For added detail, I die cut the bottom of the dress from gingham paper in the I Love Cooking Paper Pack and then embossed the detailed dress panel die onto the gingham paper.  The dress pocket was created using the center dress panel after cutting from white paper.  Isn't it the cutest?!
