I'm entering the current Mix It Up Challenge #70 with SugarPea Designs using their set Otterly Adorable. I keep pulling this set because I just adore these sweet otters.
My daughters and I played with alcohol inks and shaving cream for backgrounds; this is one of the backgrounds I created. I layered some fish and seaweed with stencils from my stash and distress oxide inks. I created the window by partially diecutting a stitched circle then scalloped border for waves. That little otter parent and baby are just the cutest!!
