I wanted to create another card for the SugarPea Designs current Mix It Up Challenge #67. This time I used Eucalyptus Wreath, scribbling the stamp with a green Karin waterbrush marker and then using a damp brush to pull the color out. The sentiment is from Chic Wishes. (If any of you have their French set with the macaroni, PLEASE let me know.. I have been looking for it.)
I used both the inspiration photo/colors and the sketch for the layout. I thought adding a tone-on-tone stenciled background would add a bit more interest. I used Squeezed Lemonade and Broken China Distress Oxide inks for the background. The stencil is from Kindred Stamps.
