The next Kitty Bee Designs Aloha Friday Challenge #123 is here! This challenge is Anything Goes with Optional Twist: Friendly Faces (must have an image of a person/people). I chose to select an image from one of our generous sponsors, LeAnn's World 101.
The digital image is called Fawn's Friends. I love the sweet feel to the scene and wanted to keep the colors green and yellow - remind me of being outside. I colored the image with Copic markers, adding an outline of B000 to help make the image pop. I cut the scene first using a stitched oval die, then finishing with a larger stitched rectangle to carry the stitching cut around the entire scene. I used a beautiful soft green paper from my stash for the background and attached a strip of burlap and lace down the side. I found the flower and thought it worked nicely and lastly added the sentiment from Neat and Tangled.
