Welcome to the July Challenge with Jaded Blossom! This month we are celebrating Red, White, and Blue! I used various dies for this no stamp/coloring project -- a 4th of July letterboard!!
To create the letterboard, I cut strips of white paper 0.25" wide and stacked them to my desired height. The letters are 0.5" tall which is why I selected quarter inch high strips. For the frame, I die cut strips of kraft card stock using the stitched strip die from the Borders Die set then cut at an angle to fit the frame together. I die cut the letters from black cardstock and then added the red, white, and blue embellishments. I just love it! I'm sending to a sweet high school friend who's husband is in the military (they are moving WAY overseas this summer..).
