I embossed the sentiment with neon purple embossing powder and colored in with my neon Karin markers. I stenciled the front of the envelope as well as the inner flap with the 80's Stencil and layered a star and scalloped hart beneath the sentiment panel. How fun will this be gifted with those crazy fun Lisa Frank stickers?!
