I'm back with another try at mixed media for 7 Kids Crafting Supply Store. I played with some of the new Icing Pastes from Prima Marketing to create this fun, textured background. The sheen was very hard to capture in pictures, as was some of the dimension of the eclipsed heart cut from the background.
The sweet little bug is from Sweet November's Vault release Lovebug Heart, only available for a few more days. The blue flowers are from Prima Marketing, but you can find plenty more craft flowers on sale this month with code "FLOWERS".
I merely just layering the icing pastes through stencils until I got my desired effect, then distressed the edge of the card panel.
