My little one's birthday is tomorrow; I always create a fairy and/or gnome themed card for her. This year, it's all fairies (and toadstools, of course).

I embossed the Mushroom Cluster in gold onto a 5"x7" watercolor cardbase then watercolored with Karin markers. I spritzed the dried background with shimmer mist to add a bit more background interest (and shimmer). I played with the layout and die cut words until I was satisfied and then glued everything in place -- using foam tape behind both the flying and flute fairies, gluing the pink fairy and die cut words flat to the card front. I did curl the pink fairy's wings up a bit for dimension, not adding glue to that area.
