I used a die cut to create the stencil for the clouds then lightly inked my black card panel with white ink.
This card really makes me smile. Look how happy they are!
I wanted to create a set of Halloween playing cards, of sorts. The frame is a wee bit larger than an ATC (Artist Trading Card) but I love the idea of this colorful collection of playing cards. I clear embossed the frame onto different colorful cardstocks and then die cut the outer and inner portions of the frame. For the images, I die cut panels from white using just the frame outline. I then stamped the images in the middle of the white panel and spotlight colored with colored pencils.
