I want to kindly introduce you to crafty friend Kyla Magtal. She is so talented and a super sweetheart. I recently saw her share this tip on her Instagram, @kraftykyla84, and asked if she wouldn't mind sharing here with you. I am bad about recording what colors I use for images sometimes (shame!), but I love her method so much! And I think her technique and tip will save many a lot of time in the long run for those sets that are used often. Give Kyla a follow and share some love below. Hugs! Marcia
Hi! I'm Kyla. I'm here as a guest to show my sketch page using Lawn Fawn stamps, Out of this world.
I wanted to do this with all my stamps so it would be easy to pick out the colors, especially when I'm making multiple cards. I used copic markers set A, neutral grays, and the skin tone set. I left a space on the left upper hand corner to do a single punch and will add a ring to it.
At the back I did a quick galaxy using mini distress inks and white gel marker. Thank you for reading and thank you Marcia for allowing me to do this.
Thank YOU Kyla for agreeing to share this!! It is one thing to just jot down the colors, but by both coloring and noting the colors, Kyla has created the best quick reference guide! Even including a sample inked background just makes it that much cooler!! You rock!! xo
