Scrappy Boy Stamps Tall Memory Dex Die
Jaded Blossom Rolodex Dies
Sweet Sentiment Premium Cardstock
Nuvo Glacier Paste in Sea Sprite
Dreamweaver Embossing Paste in Metallic Copper
I die cut the large memory dex card using patterned paper in my stash then layered a piece of vintage book page along the bottom. Next, I used a stencil from my stash (may be from an older My Monthly Hero Arts kit), applying a combination of pastes through the stencil. I then covered a heart with the copper paste and dabbed on the sea sprite with my finger.
Both digital stamps were printed onto this Premium Cardstock and then watercolored with Karin Markers. I used glittery, metallic gel pens to dress up the crowns worn by the parliament of owls. (Did you know that a group of owls is called a parliament?)
The paper behind these regal birds is from Graphic 45 and the sentiment was typed with my typewriter on a vintage book page. I date stamped the backs of both memory dex cards -- I think I will do that for all of my projects now actually.
