Dino Rawr!

Welcome to the December release with i-Crafter.  (Affiliate links used in this post; I appreciate your support!)  I played with the newest addition to the Box Pop family -- Box Pop Dinosaur Add-On -- as well as our new layering squares.

I love dinosaurs and so do both of my girls (especially the big one).  These dino silhouettes in this set are a great size, especially the T. rex.  For my first card, I die cut various layers for the focal mat as a backdrop for our fun loving Stegosaurus.  I wanted to die cut them from colors that matched the patterned paper, an older Crate Paper collection called Cool Kid.  I stacked each of the "RAWR!" sentiments twice for greater dimension on each of the cards, adding a torn bit of printer paper to help it stand out a bit more since the background papers have pops of color.

For this big red dude, I wanted to have him peeking out of the card's inside.  I used the same paper collection.  Googly eyes are always a must (when they work).  I found the smallest googly eye I had for the Stegosaurus.

These would be great for dinosuar themed birthday parties as well.  I meant to add a party had to old T. rex up there (whoops) but I hope you do remember!  How cute would that be?!  LOL
