I'm sharing two cards using the Kissing Booth stamp set from My Favorite Things - Stacey Yacula. While I'm not utilizing the kissing booth aspect, I just adore the sweet critters. 7 Kids Craft Store still has a couple sets available from this illustrator for MFT.
Playing along with the current CASology Week 370: Father prompt, I started with this sweet clean and simple card.
I inked a Kindred Stamps stencil twice, overlapping colors for this fun play on plaid. I then used a sentiment from MFT You're Super.
My second card uses three of the critters, including paper bear, to represent every family everywhere. Papers were from my stash. We're all different but our love and family bonds surpass those differences. I love that this could represent any "typical" family, but also blended families, adoptive parents, co-parenting, and everything in between. What I wanted to represent is simply the power of family togetherness. All images were colored with Spectrum Noir alcohol markers.
