Kindred Stamps and Witt & Sass Stamp Company are engaged in a magical collaboration all week (finishing up today). Those that know me well are not surprised to hear I loved working on this mash up. I am a fan of magical creatures, students, and masters alike, and both companies have done fabulous jobs creating sets to suit my interests.
I used characters from Kindred Stamps Masters of Magic and Students of Magic, and (amazing and necessary) Magical Accessories images from Witt & Sass along with their Wand Stencil. (You can find the Copic colors I used on my blog Students of Magic Coloring Guide and Makes.) I started by inking up the wand stencil, then built the inked background over the card front. The physical stamp set of accessory images was not yet available prior to this week, so I worked with a digital copy. The sentiment was cut, as presented on the digital set, and inked to add interest. Then I just layered the card up! I love it! (No surprise there.)
